- 1 pound Salmon fillet (two 8 oz portions)

- 2 tablespoons - Mora Veracruz Chipotle Paste (adjust to taste )

FOR SERVING
- Lemon wedges
- Veggies or potatoes

​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375° - baking an uncovered fillet takes between 15 and 17 minutes (see https://www.halfscratched.com/how-long-to-bake-salmon-at-375-s/ for variations for covered filets, convection oven and air fryer)

STEP 2
Pat salmon with paper towel to remove surface moisture

STEP 3
Gently spread the Veracruz Chipotle Paste on the surface

STEP 4
Spray baking oil on baking sheet and gently place filet on sheet

STEP 5
Bake in over for 15-17 minutes at 375° - check before time has elapsed to ensure salmon does not dry out

STEP 6
Remove from oven, plate portions or move to serving platter with lemon wedges to taste
