Our Veracruz Chipotle Paste serves up an amazing depth of smokiness and big flavor. Meco Chipotles are the featured ingredient which are harvested later and smoked twice as long. Supporting players in this orchestra of taste are Sonoran Desert Chiltepines, Peanuts, Pepitas, Black Sesame Seeds and sweet Dates. Spread it on as a condiment and add it as an ingredient to sauces or marinades.
