INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups self-rising flour

- 8 oz vegan cream cheese

- 9 oz (1 jar) Spanish Red Onion Relish (SRO)

SAVORY RED ONION BISCUITS

Oniony perfection in a tender biscuit 🍅 ✨ 🥐

​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°

STEP 2
Place entire jar of SRO and vegan cream cheese into food processor. Blend until the ingredients are well combined and the onions are in small pieces. Place into a bowl.

STEP 3
Sprinkle flour over the onion/cream cheese mixture and gently knead until it forms a dough, which will be slightly sticky. Avoid over kneading to achieve tender biscuits.

STEP 4
Place onto lightly floured surface and shape the dough into rough disk or rectangle that is about an inch thick. Cut dough into wedges, triangles, squares or use a 3 inch round cookie cutter.

STEP 5
Place the shaped dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

STEP 6
Serve warm!
