​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°

STEP 2
Toss beans with olive oil, salt and pepper

STEP 3
Roast beans in 400° oven for 15-18 minutes in oven-safe skillet or pan

STEP 5
Remove from oven and transfer to serving dish

STEP 6
Toss with Spanish Red Onion Relish (SRO) and serve
