INGREDIENTS
- 1 tube (8oz) refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 3 oz - Smoked Ham or Smoked Turkey - finely diced
- 3 oz Manchego cheese - shredded
- 1 egg
- 24 tsp Mora Spanish Red Onion Relish

- Requires mini Muffin tin and rolling pin

CARAMELIZED ONION MINI QUICHES

Mouthwatering cheesy, onion goodness that can be whipped up in minutes!

​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350. Lightly spray mini muffin tins with non-stick spray. Unfold crescent dough; roll it out into a rectangle and flatten with a rolling pin; Divide into 24 equal pieces and gently roll into a ball. Press each ball into each muffin tin (bottom and sides, extending up and out).

STEP 2
In a small bowl, beat the egg. Add the Ham and Cheese and then stir to combine. Next fill each cup with 1 tsp of the meat & cheese mixture. Top with 1 tsp of Spanish Red Onion Relish. Bake At 350 Degrees For 10-14 min until the canapés are golden brown.
