- 2 tbsp - extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove - minced
- Salt & Pepper - to taste

CANNELLINI BEAN AHUMADO

A smooth, savory vegan mousse that's a perfect light snack with veggie crudites!

​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
Drain the beans and add them to a food processor.

STEP 2
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth and creamy. Season with flaky salt and fresh ground pepper.

STEP 3
Transfer to a medium bowl and serve at room temperature with veggie crudites
