INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp of Mora Jamaican Jerk Mango Chutney
- 2 tsp of lime zest
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 serrano pepper - minced or 1 tbsp of red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Ginger root - zested
- ½ slice red or white onion - chopped
- 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro - chopped
- 2 tsp of fresh mint - finely chopped
- ½ tsp of kosher salt or fine sea salt - to taste
- ¼ tsp of fresh ground pepper

FOR SERVING
- Limes for garnishing
- Chives - minced for garnishing

BOSTON BAY GUACAMOLE

​INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1
In a small bowl, combine the Mango chutney, lime zest, juice, chile, cilantro, ginger, salt, and pepper; whisk to combine and set aside.

STEP 2
In a large bowl combine the avocados and onions. Mix together with a fork, smashing the avocados into a mostly smooth paste. Add the chutney mixture, stirring until evenly blended. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Add the mango, stirring gently to incorporate them. Taste again and adjust seasonings if needed.

STEP 3
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with tortilla chips. If you make this ahead, place guacamole in a bowl, smooth the top, and cover with a thin layer of water.
